Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of aceinvestment.in (the "website") and the services offered on it by Ace Investment ("we", "us", "our"), including the Financial Health Check, the free Financial Health Score, the Personalised Financial Blueprint, the Blueprint + 30-Minute Review, and any consultation booked through the website. By using the website or purchasing any of these, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Ace Investment is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor operating under ARN-187131, registered at S No. 19, Dhanori–Lohegaon Road, Pune – 411015, Maharashtra. For any question about these terms, contact aceinvestmentindia@gmail.com or +91 98901 80381.

2. The Financial Health Check and Financial Health Score

The Financial Health Check is a free, self-guided questionnaire that takes about five minutes. Based on your answers, it produces a Financial Health Score and a breakdown across pillars such as emergency savings, insurance, debt, investments and future planning. The Financial Health Check is educational and informational only. It is deterministic and rule-based — no AI is used to calculate or modify your score, and your results are not compared against those of other individuals.

Your score and the observations in it are indicators derived solely from the information you supply. We do not independently verify your answers, and the accuracy and usefulness of your results depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Incomplete or inaccurate answers will produce a less useful, or misleading, result. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

3. The Personalised Financial Blueprint and the Blueprint + Review

We offer the following paid products:

  • Personalised Financial Blueprint — priced at ₹99. A detailed, rule-based digital report explaining your score, your strongest habits, your gaps, and a suggested action plan, generated from your Financial Health Check answers, and available as a downloadable PDF as well as online.
  • Blueprint + 30-Minute Review — priced at ₹299. Includes the Personalised Financial Blueprint above plus a 30-minute review consultation booked through our external calendar link. This bundle can be purchased either after completing the Financial Health Check, or directly — completing the Financial Health Check is never required to purchase or book the 30-Minute Review.
  • If you have already purchased the ₹99 Blueprint, you may upgrade to include the 30-Minute Review for an additional ₹200. Buying the Blueprint first and upgrading later costs the same, in total, as purchasing the bundle directly (₹99 + ₹200 = ₹299).

Like the free Financial Health Check, the Blueprint is educational and informational, generated deterministically from the answers you supplied, and is not personalised investment advice. It may explain your results but does not itself recommend, and we do not treat it as recommending, any specific investment or financial product.

4. Payments

All payments on the website are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — these are handled directly by Razorpay and the relevant bank or payment provider. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Digital report delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your Personalised Financial Blueprint is generated and made available to you digitally through a private link tied to your assessment. Because the report is a digital product generated and delivered immediately on confirmed payment, please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

6. Consultation booking and rescheduling

If your purchase includes the 30-Minute Review, you will be given a link to an external calendar to book a time slot. We ask that you attend at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please do so with reasonable advance notice using the link provided, or by contacting us at aceinvestmentindia@gmail.com, so the slot can be offered to another client. Repeated no-shows or very-late rescheduling may affect our ability to offer a replacement slot.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility for the Personalised Financial Blueprint, the Blueprint + 30-Minute Review, and the Blueprint Review Upgrade are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. No guarantee of outcomes or returns

The Financial Health Check, the Financial Health Score, and the Personalised Financial Blueprint are diagnostic and educational tools. They do not guarantee any financial outcome, and we make no guarantee of investment returns of any kind. Past performance of any scheme or strategy referenced anywhere on the website is not indicative of future returns.

9. Investment and product recommendations require a separate discussion

Nothing in the Financial Health Check, the Financial Health Score, or the Personalised Financial Blueprint constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any specific security or scheme. Any specific investment or product recommendation requires a separate suitability discussion with us, based on complete and verified information about your financial situation, goals and risk profile — not on the self-reported answers used to generate your score or Blueprint alone.

10. Mutual fund risk disclaimer

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully.

Ace Investment is a mutual fund distributor registered with AMFI under ARN-187131. We distribute mutual fund schemes and earn commission from Asset Management Companies as disclosed under AMFI regulations. We do not provide investment advisory services and do not charge fees for advice. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, and nothing on this website or in any report is personalised investment advice.

11. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, honest and complete information when using the Financial Health Check or any form on the website.
  • Use the website and any report or consultation for your own personal, lawful purposes.
  • Keep any private report link or access credentials to yourself — reports are generated for the individual who requested them.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its data, or its underlying systems.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the website or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, copy or republish the website's content, including generated reports, without our prior written consent.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the website — including text, design, graphics, logos, the Financial Health Check questionnaire, its scoring methodology, and the Personalised Financial Blueprint template — is owned by or licensed to Ace Investment and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Personalised Financial Blueprint is generated for your personal use; you may not resell, redistribute or publish it commercially.

14. Limitation of liability

The website, the Financial Health Check, the Financial Health Score, and the Personalised Financial Blueprint are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Investment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, your reliance on your score or Blueprint, any decision you make based on them, or any interruption to the website or payment processing. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

16. Changes to services and these terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Financial Health Check, the Personalised Financial Blueprint, the Blueprint + Review, or any other service, and we may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
