Cancellation & refund policy

This policy explains when a cancellation or refund is available for paid products purchased on aceinvestment.in — the Personalised Financial Blueprint, the Blueprint + 30-Minute Review, and the Blueprint Review Upgrade — offered by Ace Investment ("we", "us"). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. All payments are processed through Razorpay.

1. Personalised Financial Blueprint — ₹99

The Personalised Financial Blueprint is a digital report generated from your Financial Health Check answers. Once the report has been successfully generated or delivered to you, this purchase is non-refundable.

A full refund may be provided where:

• you were charged more than once for the same report (duplicate payment);
• a technical failure prevents the paid report from being generated or delivered to you; or
• a refund is required under applicable law.

2. Blueprint + 30-Minute Review — ₹299

This purchase has two components: the Personalised Financial Blueprint (₹99) and the 30-Minute Review consultation (₹200). The Blueprint component follows the same terms as Section 1 above — including when this bundle is purchased directly, without first completing the Financial Health Check.

The review session may be rescheduled once, provided you give reasonable prior notice. If Ace Investment is unable to provide the review session, we will refund the ₹200 consultation component.

3. Blueprint Review Upgrade — ₹200

If you purchased the ₹99 Blueprint and later upgraded to add the 30-Minute Review for ₹200, that upgrade is refundable if Ace Investment is unable to provide the review session. Customer no-shows — where you do not attend the scheduled session without informing us in advance — are ordinarily non-refundable.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. Once a refund is initiated, the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank's or payment provider's normal processing timelines — we are not able to guarantee an exact credit date beyond the processor's standard timeline.

5. Cancellation

Because the Personalised Financial Blueprint is generated and delivered digitally, immediately on confirmed payment, it cannot be cancelled once the report has been successfully generated or delivered. To cancel or reschedule a booked 30-Minute Review, email aceinvestmentindia@gmail.com.
