Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Ace Investment ("we", "us") collects through aceinvestment.in, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It is written to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Who we are

Ace Investment is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor operating under ARN-187131, registered at S No. 19, Dhanori–Lohegaon Road, Pune – 411015, Maharashtra. For the purposes of the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary for data you submit through this website.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site:

  • Identity and contact data — name, mobile number, email address, city.
  • Context you volunteer — investor profile, investment horizon, approximate amount, and anything written in the free-text message field.
  • Technical data — your IP address and the page the form was submitted from, retained for abuse prevention.

We do not collect PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, or KYC documents through this website. Those are only ever collected through the AMC's or registrar's own secure onboarding systems, never by email and never through a form here.

3. Why we collect it and on what basis

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the checkbox on the form. We use it to:

  • Respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • Prepare a portfolio review or scheme suggestion where you have asked for one.
  • Maintain a record of the enquiry for our own compliance purposes.

We do not use your data for automated profiling or algorithmic decision-making.

4. What we don't do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Ever.
  • We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
  • We do not add you to a bulk mailing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.
  • We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics that build a profile of you across sites.

5. Who processes data on our behalf

A small number of service providers ("Data Processors") handle data strictly on our instructions:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery and security.
  • Our email provider — delivering the form submission to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace — where the enquiry record is stored.

Where you become a client, your data will additionally be shared with the relevant Asset Management Companies and their Registrar and Transfer Agents (CAMS or KFintech) as required to execute your transactions, and with AMFI or SEBI where regulation requires it.

6. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to identify malicious traffic; it does not track you across other websites.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't become clients — deleted within 24 months of last contact.
  • Client records — retained for the duration of the relationship and for the period afterwards required under AMFI and SEBI record-keeping rules.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may, at any time:

  • Access — ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct — have inaccurate or incomplete data fixed or completed.
  • Erase — ask us to delete your data, subject to any retention we are legally required to observe.
  • Withdraw consent — as easily as you gave it. Processing that already happened remains lawful.
  • Nominate — name another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
  • Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us first; if unresolved, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and delivered directly to a controlled inbox. Access is restricted to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not retain sensitive financial identifiers on this website's infrastructure, which limits the consequence of any breach.

10. Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a minor's data has been submitted, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be communicated directly.

12. Regulatory disclosure

Ace Investment is a mutual fund distributor registered with AMFI under ARN-187131. We earn commission from Asset Management Companies on the schemes we distribute; you pay us no fee. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and content on this site is educational and informational, not personalised investment advice.
